Sauteed sweet onions, yellow bell peppers, carrots & jalapeno's smothered on top of italian sausages slow roasted. Served on a italian roll w/ choice of side dish. $50

Five jumbo shrimp either beer battered & deep fried or cajun spiced & grilled. Served w/ a bourbon glaze & cocktail sauce. Choice of one side dish. $50

Orders can be purchased in three ways :  three, six, and eight course packages.

            Larger courses available upon              request.  

   A consultation will be arranged with the placement of your order.

   Orders must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance.

  A deposit is required of at least half of the total order.
